Essential Job Functions:
Conduct meetings with business to understand detailed business requirements for future development Define, create, document, and manage requirements against the overall project timeline Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimal strategies for remediation Communicate status and visuals of planned development efforts on a regular basis Lead sprint planning sessions and sprint retrospectives Lead daily Scrum meetings with project work team to ensure project tasks are on-track and remediate any roadblocks Meet regularly with key stakeholders to prioritize project tasks, discuss high-level requirements, and provide status of overall project Work closely with developers, contractors, trainers, and QA staff to ensure quality, on-time deployments Configure IT application, where applicable, in accordance with the business requirements Review application changes with stakeholders prior to deploying new features or changes Execute QA and/or User Acceptance tests as needed Facilitate collaboration around a shared definition of deliverables Promote healthy communication between technical and business team members, aiding in conflict resolution through active listening, transparency and mediation Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree Ability and willingness to learn new technology and tools Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills 4
years of experience in a Business Analyst, technical program management or project manager role, or equivalent work experience Familiarity with project management software, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office Products Experience creating detailed requirements and presentations Proven team player who works well with both technical and non-technical resources Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously Experience with IT Project Lifecycle & Agile Methodology Outstanding documentation skills Strong attention to detail Highly innovative Excellent verbal and written communication skills History of leading or supporting successful projects Capacity to manage high stress situations Advanced technical skills Scrum Master certification preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project Management, Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
