Summary:
Traditional Medicinals is searching for an engaged, enthusiastic, and positive human resources professional with an in-depth understanding of innovative HR tools, systems, and processes to support our manufacturing workforce. The ideal person will champion our core values as they implement the people strategy. We are looking for someone who has at least 7 years of relevant HR experience in a similar industry, able to write and speak Spanish, a proven ability to troubleshoot and look for ways to overcome challenges, identify overarching business objectives, and work as a trusted partner who is committed to a high-performance team philosophy. Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner is responsible for program deployment, employee relations, manager support, training, projects, and workforce planning as well as managing day to day HR for TM's Sebastopol manufacturing plant, serving as an integral member of the plant leadership team. This position is essential to building and sustaining the Company's culture and inspiring and modeling the TM way. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
HR Program/Policy/Process Assist HR Director with HR program and policy design Deploy and evaluate HR programs Design and deploy improved HR processes Evaluate and implement process improvements within the position and with HR department. Special projects as assigned (e.g., Mfg Staffing Alignment/Comp Analysis) Compensation Work in partnership with leadership, HRD and Finance to plan and execute annual increases, market adjustments and bonuses Manage salary administration with Plant leadership team Employee Relations & Manager Support Dedicated resource for employee relations matters for leadership and employees Provide coaching and strategic guidance to managers Assist managers and employees with policy interpretation Counsel and assist managers in preparation of disciplinary actions, warnings, and improvement goals ensuring adherence to TM policies & legal requirements Consult with management & legal on termination terms, including severance procedures Conduct and resolve investigations and mediations Assist HRD with drafting responses to labor/EEOC/UI claims, attend hearings as needed Assist managers with annual performance evaluations as needed Following culture surveys and in general, identify gaps and partner with the management team to build a strategic roadmap to enhance overall culture and engagement Workforce Planning & Administration Consult with managers of staffing needs and forecasts; partner with Recruiter as a thought partner on recruitment plans and marketing strategies for TM SEB; Partner with managers to analyze workforce planning needs, job levels and assist managers to develop job descriptions including determination of classification and pay grades Provide guidance on promotions, pay changes, etc. Develop and deploy succession plans and retention strategies Oversee hiring/interviews for their division; participate on interview panels as needed Partner with the recruiter to inform search parameters, possible sourcing avenues, etc. Partner with the HR team to support an effective hiring process Assist managers with the selection and offer criteria Training In partnership with the Plant leadership team, identify training needs for the plant Provide manager training - Supervisory skills, Discipline/PIP, Conflict resolution, etc. Develop training modules as needed Manage external training consultants as needed First day onboarding/policy review for TM SEB General HR Review/approve status changes and submit timely to HR Ops for processing Compile reports and analyze HR metrics Manage (not administer) leaves and workers comp claims Track and analyze turnover, exit data, workforce profiles, and other metrics as appropriate Remain current on applicable legislation, laws, and regulations. Delegate administrative and transactional work to HRA and Payroll/Benefits Coordinator Ensure HR legal compliance for division Support efforts for compliance requirements to maintain Certified B Corporation status Additional Duties:

Bilingual Spanish/English required; bicultural preferred Ability to work early/late 2-3 times per month to meet with swing/night shift managers Onsite and remote work required Experience & Education:
Minimum seven years' progressively responsible experience as a Human Resources generalist in comparable company Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, a related field or combination of education and experience SPHR/SHRM-SP certification preferred Experience working with high performance team, continuous improvement and change management ideologies in a manufacturing setting strongly preferred Experience working in privately held company preferred Experience developing and delivering training programs Proven track record of managing complex programs and projects that are accurate, on time and on budget Knowledge:
Strong current knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, wage and hour laws and general payroll knowledge Strong best practice knowledge for human resources programs and processes Contemporary knowledge of ethics laws, standards, legislation, and emerging trends that may affect organizational behaviors and practice
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
