We are a Santa Rosa based firm that primarily focuses on specialty / finish trades such as doors, windows, finish carpentry, window coverings, wall coverings, etc.
DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE:
Research of potential projects / opportunities Track current project and schedules Monitor project schedule, RFI's, submittals, change orders Request quotes from suppliers if needed Follow up on past bids Prepare material submittals Assist with ordering materials Track project schedules to ensure material is ordered in advance SKILLS NECESSARY:
Personable and friendly with clients Professional appearance and attitude Organized, dependable, punctual Proficient with Google docs Ability to multi-task and perform under deadlines 1 year experience is recommended but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate Valid drivers license COMPENSATION:
Depends on the candidate.
