About us Hill Park is an established, full-service Integrative Medical Center in the North Bay Area with a decades-long reputation of providing quality integrative medicine.
We have an expansive natural pharmacy with on-site herbal compounding, a full service lab, an advanced IV suite, and several other services.

Purpose of the position As a Practice Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility.
You will manage all staff, related schedules, duties and issues; implement policies and procedures to ensure practice operations run smoothly; maintain an efficient practice to support quality patient healthcare services; expand the business towards increased profitability; ensure compliance with all pertinent medical practice regulations.

Advanced clinical and HR experience is a plus.
Job Duties Manage office staff and professional employees, including hiring, registration, training, assignment of duties and schedules, performance evaluation and raises, administration of benefits, payroll, disciplinary actions and termination, recordkeeping and documentation, and conflict resolution.
Develop fee schedules for the practice and ensure compliance with all legal requirements relevant to healthcare providers.
Evaluate patient satisfaction and quality of care; address concerns and grievances; coordinate patient communications; maintain patient record systems and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Oversee all daily operations of the center including our Natural Remedy Store to ensure efficiency, competency, and safety; develop and uphold procedures and policies; maintain a practice calendar of absences and events; manage contracts, leases, and agreements; enlist outside services, repairs, inspections, maintenance, vendors, etc; meet with the Clinical Director.
Coordinate with our bookkeeper to review finances and manage budget, accounts payable and receivable, patient billing and collections.
Engage in marketing and advertising of our practice, providers, and services.
Qualifications Read, write and speak English fluently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multi-line phone etiquette Ability to multitask effectively Computer and software literacy High school graduate Basic math and accounting skills Detail oriented accuracy Punctual, reliable and responsible Management skill and experience Business administration experience Regulation compliance knowledge Interpersonal and Mediation skills Medical Assistant certification and experience are a plus! Physical Requirements Capable of moving frequently between sitting and standing Must be able to sit for several hours at a time Ability to move or lift up to 40 pounds Climb a 5-tier ladder Job Type:
