EP Behavior Consulting was created in 2009 to address an increasing need for bilingual ABA services, and is now a prominent ABA provider in Sonoma County.
We work with local school districts, North Bay Regional Center, as well as private and MediCal funded insurances to provide high-quality behavior therapy to children with autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental delays.
In-School Aide
Job Description:
The In-School Behavior Aide works closely under the supervision of their classroom teacher and ABA supervisor to provide support for students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance in the classroom setting.
They assist students in prescribed learning activities and provide appropriate modeling, emotional support, a friendly attitude, and general guidance.
They also communicate the students' needs to the teacher and perform classroom-related tasks as required.
This is a contract position and will end on the last day of the 2023-2024 school year.
A new contract for the 2024-2025 school year may be offered based on need and staff performance.
Requirements:
Required availability Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:

This position follows the Sebastopol Union School District academic calendar.
