THE POSITIONPriority Care Staffing is actively looking for Nursing Professionals (CNAs, LVNs, RNs) to provide flexible and efficient nursing services in our Health Care Facilities.
The ideal candidate should be dependable, compassionate, punctual, and enjoys helping others.
This person must be reliable, empathetic, and be able to work with all types of people.
We also offer this position to new grads, Nursing professionals, that are starting to build their healthcare career.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care in accordance with facility policies and proceduresUses clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively.
Promote interpersonal relations with all contacts in the hospital setting.
Responsible for development and oversight of Nursing PlanOversee and administer prescribed medications to patientsImplement and follow proper Infection ControlAssist in the transport of patientsProvide companionship and basic care to patientsOther duties as assigned by direct supervisorEUR'REQUIREMENTS:
No experience needed; accepting new graduates (will train)Ability to build rapport with patientsBe able to lift at least 50 pounds utilizing proper body mechanics techniquesCompassionate and caring demeanorFamiliarity with medical terminologyPre-employment documents that will be needed:
