is looking for an experienced underground laborer.
We are a Sebastopol based General Engineering Contractor that specializes in grading/sitework, paving, and underground utilities for single- & multi-family homes and commercial projects.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
-Use of electronic grade control tools -Laying & plumbing pipe for City Municipalities -Use various hand tools (i.
e.
jumping jack, shovel, concrete saw).
-Carrying & loading material by hand -Keeping your work area clean & organized at all times -Shoveling The right candidate should be able to work well with others, follow directions when given, be self-motivated, able to keep on task until completed and follow all safety protocols at all times.
Health benefits after 6 months for employee & 401K benefits with employer matching after one year of full-time employment.
Paid Vacation after one year of full-time employment.
Pay is $25 - $40 per hour DOE.
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation.
Be able to identify different types of tools and know how to use them.
Be able to lift, carry, push 50
lbs.
Be punctual and self-motivated! Must speak fluent English (Bilingual a plus!) Must be able to communicate effectively & professionally with customers and co-workers.
Ability to pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug test.
Must have clean and valid CA Driver's License Legal to work in California.
