Sr. Facilities Maintenance Technician
Hourly Pay: $30.00hr -$35.00hr DOE
Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Facilities Maintenance Technician with mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and equipment & facility repair skills.
+ Perform maintenance and repair of and parts cleaning on production equipment and facilities equipment in accordance with maintenance schedules, maintenance and repair manuals and production planning
+ Understands mechanics and operation of on-premise packaging equipment
+ Follows schedules to perform preventive maintenance checks/inspections, completes and retains maintenance logs & notifies management in accord with process outlines
+ Maintain spare parts stock supplies and organize storage area
+ Adheres to companies Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
+ Ensures that all relevant safety procedures, environmental procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements are met
+ Participation in Quality Assurance and Safety programs
+ Performs employee trainings
+ Participates in project related work such as equipment moves and/or upgrades, including scheduling and oversight of contractors
+ Performs additional assignments as requested by Manager
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
+ Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb.
+ Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 165 lbs. to waist height
+ Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms
+ Ability to work on a platform ladder at heights up to 20 feet
+ Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
+ The work environment is usually that of a winery
+ The employee regularly works with hazardous materials
+ The employee works on wet floors and with wet equipment
+ The employee regularly works around alcohol, high voltage electricity, hot water, and steam.
+ The employee must work to further the sanitary environment
+ Minimum 4 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment, especially in a cidery, brewery, or winery setting
+ Sanitary welding, Plumbing/HVAC, Electrical, Fabrication, Mechanically Trained
+ Ability to read schematics, drawings and manuals, ability to use hand tools and power tools necessary for maintenance of facility systems
+ Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite. Ability to learn additional cidery management programs as necessary.
+ Forklift Certification and proven ability to safely operate a forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jack
+ Ability to work flexible shifts, including extended hours and overtime as needed
+ Excellent communication skills, with experience managing employees in a manufacturing setting
+ Ability to operate independently, or as a leader or member of a team
+ Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills, as well as mechanical aptitude required
+ Strong and proven work ethic, and ability to multi-task workload

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
